Workshop on participation rights 15-16 Dec 2017

In December, I co-organise a workshop on participation rights in the framework of the Doctoral Program Democracy Studies (NCCR Democracy, with Rebecca Welge) at the University of Zurich.

The workshop addresses doctoral students and advanced master students interested in innovative teaching and normative questions. Participants will get to know our own civic education project (www.demokratiebausteine.ch), which we developed in order to reflect upon normative dilemmas in democracy theory. Together with the participants, we will reflect upon the significance of normative dilemmas in democracy theory for academic research and teaching.
