Now online: new brief on Switzerland-EU negotiations

Oxford Analytica Daily Brief just published my newest policy brief on Switzerland-EU relations and in particular, the conflicts making an institutional framework agreement unlikely in the near future.

OA daily brief editors substantially edit texts submitted to them, so some formulations and focuses are not my choice. But the brief still gives a short and precise overview of the current controversies regarding the 'flanking measures' and the transposition of the Union citizenship directive.
